You won't want to miss this delicious and educational event! Chef Jeff Wagaman and wine expert Steve DiDonato from Wine Merchants will be on hand to detail each course.

Wine and Dinner Pairings for the Evening:

1st Course:
Wine: Côtes du Rhône Blanc "Les Abeilles"
Appetizer: Butter basted scallops served with speck and roasted cauliflower topped with myer lemon gel and hazelnuts

2nd Course:
Wine: Domaine D'Elise Chablis
Entrée: House-made crab gnocchi served with chanterelles, sea beans, and oyster hollandaise

3rd Course:
Wine: Domaine Billard Hautes-Cotes De Beaune Rouge
Entrée: Seared Mallard duck breast served with fingerling confit, saffron sunchoke puree, walnut pistou, green garlic oil, and kumquats

4th Course:
Wine: Chateau Du Pin
Entrée: Pork Belly served with congee, leek salad, and Fresno peppers

5th Course:
Wine: Chateau Loupiac-Gaudiet Bordeaux
Dessert: Chevre cheesecake served with a pine nut rosemary cookie and beet textures

This will be a prix fixe event at $70 per person.
Plus tax and gratuity

Please note: Member Accounts will be charged 24 hrs prior to the event. All "registration" events require a 24-hour cancellation notice, please let us know of any head count changes and/or cancellations 24-hours in advance. Member accounts will also be charged for additional guests on the day of the event. We hold seats for the number of guests based on registration and an inflated count may cause other members not to be able to attend. Thank you for your attention to this event stipulation.
