Italian Wine Dinner with Terry Balent from Southern Wine & Spirits

You won't want to miss this delicious and educational event! Terry Balent, wine expert from Southern Wine & Spirits, will be on hand to detail each pour. Chef Mike will be preparing some lovely dishes to go with these exquisite wines.
Wine and Dinner Pairings for the Evening:
Wine: Melini Orvieto Classico
Appetizer: Fennel Pollen seared Chilean seabass cheeks over a leek fondue and topped with a citrus foam.
Wine: Mezzacorona Rose
Salad: Caramelized Rose' wine poached Anjou pear, shaved pecorino Romano cheese over frisee greens and a honey and citrus vinaigrette.
Wine: Pasqua Passimento
Entrée: Braised veal osso Bucco over creamy risotto and topped with a locatelli demi-glace.
Wine: Fizz 56 Brachetto
Dessert: Fresh red berry tartlet topped with warm zabaglione.
This will be a prix fixe event at $65 per person.
