Italian Wine Dinner

You won't want to miss this delicious and educational event featuring wine from Pio Cesare! Josh Kern, wine expert from Breakthru Beverage, will be on hand to detail each pour. Chef Mike will be preparing some lovely dishes to go with these exquisite wines.
Wine and Dinner Pairings for the Evening:
1st Course:
Wine: Gavi
Salad: Citrus Salad with oranges, red and white grapefruit, tangerines, and mandarin oranges. Tossed in a champagne vinaigrette and served over local mixed greens.
2nd Course:
Wine: Barbera d'Alba
Entrée: Prosciutto wrapped halibut served over vegetable risotto and topped with a lemon beurre blanc.
3rd Course:
Wine: Barbera d'Alba Fides
Entrée: Seared pork tenderloin over pearl barley and topped with a grape and fig agrodolce.
4th Course:
Wine: Moscato d'Asti
Dessert: Shortbread tart filled with a citrus mascarpone cheese and topped with caramelized peaches and fresh whipped cream.
This will be a prix fixe event at $65 per person.
Please note: Member Accounts will be charged 24 hrs prior to the event. All "registration" events require a 24-hour cancellation notice, please let us know of any head count changes and/or cancellations 24-hours in advance. Member accounts will also be charged for additional guests on the day of the event. We hold seats for the number of guests based on registration and an inflated count may cause other members not to be able to attend. Thank you for your attention to this event stipulation.
