Blend of chopped Romaine and Mixed Greens with Diced Pears, Apples, Bacon, Dried Cherries, Mission Figs and Candied Walnuts. Served with a Maple Vinaigrette.
Pan Seared East Coast Halibut
Pan Seared Halibut over a bed of Braised Swiss Chard Wild Rice topped with a Blistered Tomato Concasse.
Prime Bone-in Filet
Grilled Bone-in Filet served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Carrots and a Wild Mushroom Fricassee.
